The coming year could be one of transition for Robert Pattinson. From vampire to vetenarian, perhaps? He’ll certainly try to make that leap with next year’s adaptation of “Water for Elephants.” It’s just another step in what the actor hopes will be a lengthy Hollywood career.
Pattinson was hoping more audience members would remember him in “Remember Me,” a romantic drama he released in 2010. But it was his role as undead Edward Cullen in the second “Twilight” installment – “Eclipse” – that continued to cement his status as one of the hottest celebrities working in Hollywood today. And while Pattinson will look to continue expanding his body of work beyond Stephenie Meyer’s beloved vampire-and-werewolves series, fans won’t let him stray too far just yet. Pattinson’s on the hook for two “Breaking Dawn” films, directed by Bill Condon. The first is due in theaters on Nov. 18, 2011.
This will be a big year for Pattinson. For the first time since breaking on the scene in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” he’ll be appearing in more non-“Twilight” films than “Twilight” films. Off the screen, he’ll continue to dodge the paparazzi and fend off inquiries about his reported love life with “Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart.
Because of all the heat generated by Pattinson both on screen and off, we are happy to name him our “Hollywood Hot Male Star of the Year.

Oh how I despise writing about One Direction, but I cannot help myself. Because unlike their misguided counterparts, namely JLS and the Wanted, 1D actually have decent taste when it comes to their ability to dress themselves. (Well everyone except Niall of course. GO HOME NIALL. Ireland's waiting.)
I will always remember the moment at the London College of Fashion's MA Graduate show back in February, in which I overheard one man rather smugly announcing 'I discovered Lana Del Rey'. My initial response being 'did you f##k' before actually stopping and asking the question 'who is Lana Del Rey again?'.
Naturally the sultry song 'Blue Jeans' and a rather epic remixed 'Born To Die' thundered their way into the catwalk setlist. Needless to say, in amongst the transparent perspex, the organza neon dresses and the metallic futuristic cuts, I found myself loving Miss Del Rey. Hanging on every word and have never looked back.
Del Rey is also the new face of H&M's Autumn/Winter campagin if you haven't noticed the billboards, blog sites and slightly disturbing television spots. Showcasing vintage/artistic prints, peplum designs, tweed shift dresses, angora sweaters, the occasional pastel shade and jewelled embellished collars. Recording a cover of cult classic 'Blue Velvet' as a promotional track for both H&M and The Paradise Edition. Naturally shooting a quirky and slightly sinister video as part of H&M's campaign was a must.
A video for 'Ride' has been shot in Las Vegas with the track available to download now. Lana Del Rey's Born To Die: The Paradise Edition drops November 12.
