It’s been around six years now since Beyonce Knowles stood alongside her fellow bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams as one third of the immensely popular Destiny’s Child. But last night the world saw the reunion everyone had been waiting for as Bey took to the stage for the Superbowl half time show, bringing her girls Kelly and Michelle on board as an added and well choreographed bonus.

Following the controversial President’s Inauguration miming fiasco of the National Anthem, we can proudly report Bey nailed it LIVE arriving on stage in a cloud of smoke and an illuminated Beyonce silhouette to boot as she performed a medley of her hits kicking things off with the soulful Love on Top. Before the crowd were given the Crazy in Love treatment, followed by the infectious End of Time and the Sean Paul assisted Baby Boy.At which point she moved into my signature move...the Dutty Wine.
Then came Kelly and Michelle. Popping up from a trap door either side of the Run The World singer with Kelly giving a look that said ‘Finally yawl let me out of that dayum trap door. I been in thur fo days gurl’. Swiftly jumping into Destiny’s Child’s chart topping hits Bootylicious and Independent Women with Kelly and Michelle even assisting Beyonce is a special DC version of Bey’s number 1 hit Single Ladies.Which of course reduced me to attempting the dance in bed and shouting 'NOW WAIT' alongside them.

Beyonce then proceeded to close the show with a heart wrenching rendition of phenomenal pop ballad Halo. Oh and did we mention Beyonce was wearing a leather and lace, laser cut, provocative dress by Rubin Singer. A New York fashion designer who has previously worked with Beyonce displaying his ideas from his fall 2013 collection and presenting them to Beyonce’s stylists. Who naturally loved them.

In other Beyonce fashion related news…rumour has it Bey may be in line to follow in Lana Del Rey’s footsteps by becoming the face of H&M’s next campaign. Fingers fucking crossed.
