Last season, The Europa Hotel opened its doors to Fashion Beauty & Lifestyle's Spring/Summer catwalk and trade show in the aftermath of Belfast FASHIONWEEK. With a lemon-drop catwalk and white floral décor, FBL showcased several local talented designers including Nor Lisa, David Henderson and the début collection from knitwear extraordinaire Sean Henry of Van Der Simon Knitwear. It was a great show with a variety of both catwalk and commercial offerings including the beauty and lifestyle business element held on the upper level. Featuring nail art, hand-crafted jewellery, make-up tutorials and hair demonstrations to professional perfection. But for some reason it felt a little bit like it was living in the shadow of Belfast FASHIONWEEK. Now in its fourth season, FBL is set to make a glorious return with a venue it can proudly call its own for an Autumn/Winter fashion event entitled 'Changing Seasons', to be held at the prestigious Waterfront Hall.

FASHION: Stunning catwalk shows will kick off at 1.30, 2.30 & 3.30pm displaying top trends from local stores whilst local designers reveal their innovative and capturing new season collections.  Some of which will be an exciting EXCLUSIVE to FBL’s Autumn/Winter show.  A Vintage fashion section will also be shown from the mind of FashionCREEP. Displayed and discussed in mini sessions throughout the day, whilst renowned blogger and fashionista The Sequin Cinderella will restyle the classic Little Black Dress, challenging the audience to become involved in doing so.  You can even shop with local stores and boutiques who will display and sell on the day.

BEAUTY: All the latest products, key trends, makeup and beauty must-haves for your seasonal wardrobe will be available at every twist and turn.  Try and test local products from local businesses complete with mini makeovers, make up demos and on-trend professional hair styles all featuring highly on the day.  With the catwalk looks created by local make up artist Nuala Campbell who will create a show-stopping palette for the catwalk’s ‘Changing Seasons’ seasonal theme.

LIFESTYLE: Local businesswoman Brenda Shankey, who having completed an intensive boot-camp programme and having lost over 1 stone in just one week, will give mini seminars on the camp and how to get the much sought after toned beached bod all year round. Ticket holders will also get to meet the man behind the camp himself. Ex Coronation Street Star turned personal trainer to the stars Scott Wright who will be available from 4pm until 5pm.

FBL will run from 12pm to 5pm on Sunday, October 28. Tickets are priced at £5 or entry at the door on the day.Further details on the event and updates can be found at www.oureventsni.com.
